Established in December 1986, Changzhou Changxin Electronic Weighing Apparatus Co., Ltd. is a privately-owned joint-stock electromechanical enterprise integrating independent design & development, manufacturing, sales, and service. In July 2018, we established Changzhou Changxin Crane IoT Technology Co., Ltd., which has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise. The two entities operate under one management team ("two brands, one team") on the same production campus. On January 25, 2022, we relocated entirely to our new facility at No. 666 Hanjiang Road, Xinbei District, Changzhou City.

Our new plant covers an area of over 26,000 square meters (39 mu) with a constructed floor area of 18,000 square meters. We employ over 170 staff members, including more than 40 technical professionals. Our core products include crane load limiters, torque limiters, crane electronic scales, container spreader scales, warehousing and logistics electronic scales, height-load integrated indicators, weighing management systems, and crane safety monitoring and management systems. Through over three decades of persistent effort and dedication, our company has grown to become one of the largest, most comprehensive, and most renowned manufacturers of crane safety protection devices in China. Our products are widely used across industries such as steel, ports, mining, water conservancy, defense, nuclear power, aerospace, and logistics warehousing. We are a long-term supplier to hundreds of crane manufacturers nationwide, including BQRI, RIAMB, Dalian Heavy Industry, Taiyuan Heavy Industry, Weihua Group, Henan Mine, Konecranes, Jiangyin Kaicheng, Hangzhou Huaxin, Zhuzhou Tianqiao, Shanqi Heavy, and Suzhou Fantek, among others, and have been consistently recognized as qualified suppliers.

In December 1998, our company was the first in the industry to obtain ISO 9001 quality management system certification. In 2008, we were appointed as a member of the National Technical Committee for Crane Standardization, participating in the formulation of the national standard GB12602 "Overload Protection Devices for Cranes" and GB28264 "Safety Monitoring and Management Systems for Cranes". In November 2011, our "CHANGXIN" trademark was awarded the title of China Well-Known Trademark, and our product series have become benchmarks for the industry. We have long prioritized intellectual property protection, with 34 utility model patents, 5 software copyrights, 4 invention patents, and 1 design patent approved to date. Today, Changxin products maintain a market share and market coverage of over 50%, and have been applied and recognized in numerous major national projects, including the Three Gorges Water Control Project, Xiaolangdi Water Conservancy Project, Shenhua Coal-to-Liquid Project, Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant, Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Plant, Everbright Group's waste-to-energy power plants, as well as expansions at Baosteel and WISCO.
